In fact, Newgrounds actually lets you change your username, once a month...
...However, not 'for-free'. To be 'able' to change your username, you must pay for the 'Supporter' status, at the following link:

In case you decide to do so, you'll 'unlock' a lot of other 'perks' (asides from, as I've mentioned already, changing your username once a month), which ones are 'indicated' at the link of above. You can do it for as 'low' as 3 dollars (or maybe more, if you feel 'generous' :3...), and you have the 'freedom' to choose between paying for 'just-one-month', a 'monthly' subscription, and a 'yearly' subscription, respectively.
